Designing her services on a foundation of integrity, Valerie is a renowned Leadership and Compliance professional who possesses both the skill and passion necessary to exceed granular, private and federal sector expectations. Also being the Founder of Business Solutions 360 and Business Solutions Leadership Academy, Valerie has an extensive 20+ year corporate background involving business governance, and ethics and compliance program development, training and education, mentorship and is exceptionally ardent about cultivating win-win scenarios that benefit everyone across the organizational pipelines.

Born and raised with an instilled resilience and a strong work ethic, Valerie was always an individual who loved being able to help others excel both personally and professionally. This ultimately became the catalyst for her to earn a Master of Science degree in Transformative Leadership and do so while building her resume across the corporate spaces and concurrently facing an abusive/life-threatening relationship. But even with the hardships and trauma inflicted, Valerie still pushed through to earn her degree and later created the nonprofit, Lady Be Free Resource Center for Women, Inc. in 2012 for survivors of domestic violence.

Fast forward to today, Valerie’s inventory of experiences and successes have ultimately inspired her to launch Business Solutions 360 (an A+ Better Business Rated brand and state certified woman owned minority business enterprise that is procurement ready with the federal government) and leverage that dynamicity to proactively support mission excellence within industries across the globe. In conjunction with Valerie’s multi decade of leadership and entrepreneurial progressions, Valerie is also a certified in Healthcare Compliance, is a Certified Ethics and Compliance Professional, and a notary public who has been received several distinguished awards, including the 40 under 40 with her alma mater Bethune-Cookman University and was a 50 under 50 award recipient with Mount Olive Development Corporation, both received for community leadership efforts.

As a dynamic professional who is fueled by fueling others, nothing makes Valerie happier than being able to support aspiring entrepreneurs as well as federal-leveled leaders transform their objectives into profitable, tangible realities. She has a genuine love for seeing others win and offering innovative support that enables the fast-paced and security-rich environments achieve streamlined success. Overall, Valerie has demonstrated herself as a multi-industry expert across the business, corporate, and government spheres.

Valerie enjoys every moment of being able to help others succeed – no matter how they define success. However, when she is not working, you can often find her at the beach, listening to jazz music and spending time with her son Mason.
